Wing Chun Evolution London is an official branch of Wing Chun Evolution, an academy founded by Sifu Francesco Cenderelli. It is the first WCE school outside Italy and operates with the same principles, methodology, and high standards that Sifu Francesco has established in the main academy in Massa, Italy. Si-Hing Nitin, a dedicated student of Sifu Francesco, opened the London school with his Sifu’s full support.
He is now the head instructor of the school, certified by Wing Chun Evolution. Si-Hing Nitin has been practicing martial arts since he was 13 and Wing Chun since 2010. Through Wing Chun, he has found personal growth and, over the years, developed a passion for sharing this powerful martial art.
He is committed to maintaining the high teaching standards of Wing Chun Evolution, as set by Sifu Francesco, ensuring that the London school mirrors the excellence of the Italian academy.
WCE Wing Chun Evolution was born from Sifu Francesco’s vision to create a system that not only respects the historical and technical foundations of Wing Chun Kung Fu, but also addresses the real demands of modern self-defense.
This method is about much more than technique – it’s about developing self-awareness, mental clarity, and physical resilience to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. What truly sets our approach apart is the integration of advanced techniques with a strong focus on the psychology of combat, which enables practitioners to become more than just martial artists they grow into stronger, more balanced, and responsible individuals.
Sifu Francesco Cenderelli is an internationally recognised Master and the founder of Wing Chun Evolution (WCE).
His journey into martial arts began at a young age, exploring Karate, Ju-Jitsu, and later Wing Chun, where he developed a deep understanding of close-quarters combat, agility, and energy control.
His passion for martial arts led him to expand his knowledge by training in various combat sports, including MMA, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, which significantly shaped his approach to martial arts and personal defense.
Throughout his career, Sifu Francesco has trained under some of the best martial arts masters in the world, continually refining his techniques and philosophy. His commitment to Wing Chun led him to create Wing Chun Evolution, a system that blends traditional principles with modern selfdefense
needs.
As a key figure in the Wing Chun community, Sifu Francesco has contributed greatly to the global
spread of Wing Chun Evolution. He has been an influential trainer of Wing Chun instructors both nationally and internationally, helping to expand the martial art worldwide. His dedication to teaching is not limited to in-person instruction but extends to his work through articles, video tutorials, and the training of new instructors, ensuring that the WCE method continues to reach and inspire practitioners around the globe.
Sifu Francesco’s approach is centred around personal growth and discipline, teaching not only martial techniques but also life skills that help individuals become better versions of themselves.
His legacy continues to inspire both his students and peers in the martial arts world.
Wing Chun Evolution London is the first official branch of Wing Chun Evolution outside Italy, founded by the renowned Sifu Francesco Cenderelli. Here, we bring the same dedication, high standards, and innovative approach to Wing Chun that has made the original academy in Massa, Italy, a leader in martial arts education.
Led by Si-Hing Nitin, a passionate and experienced student of Sifu Francesco, the London school embodies the heart of Wing Chun Evolution. With years of experience in martial arts and a deep commitment to personal growth, Si-Hing Nitin shares the transformative power of Wing Chun, offering students a path to develop not only their physical skills but also their mental and emotional strength.
At Wing Chun Evolution London, we are dedicated to upholding the highest level of teaching, creating a community where every student is supported in their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
Si-Hing Nitin’s passion for martial arts began in childhood. Although his parents didn’t allow him to join a martial arts school, he started collecting martial arts books, studying the techniques illustrated in them as much as he could. Yet, this was never enough for him. At the age of 13, he finally began his journey by practising kickboxing, quickly standing out for his curiosity and strong desire to improve qualities that still define him today. He went on to explore boxing and Viet Vo Dao, but none of these disciplines fully satisfied his search.
For years, he looked for a Kung Fu school in his city, but without success. It was in 2010 that he finally discovered Wing Chun Kung Fu an art that would shape not only his martial path but also his professional life. Drawn to its philosophy and effectiveness, Wing Chun became his lifelong practice.
In August 2019, he moved from Italy to London. During the Covid-19 period, he was unable to train, feeling that something vital was missing from his life. After the lockdowns, he came across Sifu Francesco’s videos on YouTube and reached out to him. This meeting marked a turning point: eager to learn directly from Sifu Francesco, he began travelling every month between London and Massa (Italy) to train intensively under his guidance.
Through years of dedication and study, Si-Hing Nitin earned his certification as an instructor of Wing Chun Evolution. Today, he leads Wing Chun Evolution London, bringing the teachings and philosophy of WCE. His mission is to share the authentic knowledge of Sifu Francesco and maintain the same high standards of the Academy in Italy, ensuring that students in London experience the true spirit of Wing Chun Evolution.
We are a Martial Arts academy founded to share the philosophy of Wing Chun Kung Fu and allow you to experience all of its greatest benefits.
Below, we outline our logo and the principles upon which our school is founded.
Wing Chun promotes the balance of the individual, and by “individual,” we don’t mean just the body, but also the mind and the spirit. Unfortunately, Western philosophy often separates these aspects, making it difficult to find a true sense of balance.
At Wing Chun Evolution, we aim to see these three aspects as a whole and to balance one’s existence through invaluable ancient teachings.
The elements of nature symbolise different approaches to life that we learn in Kung Fu, but at the same time, we can apply them to our daily lives. Let’s explore them together.
Earth: represents stability and the material world. It is associated with qualities such as solidity, foundations, practicality, and abundance. The earth is often linked to the physical body, the senses, and the world of manifestation.
Water: symbolizes emotions, intuition, and the subconscious. It is associated with qualities such as adaptability, purification, healing, and flow. Water is often linked to the world of perception, imagination, and the deep concept of the inner self.
Air: symbolizes intellect, communication, and the realm of thought. It is associated with qualities such as flexibility, clarity, creativity, and expansion. Air is often linked to the mind, rationality, and the exchange of ideas.
Fire: represents transformation, passion, and energy. It is associated with qualities such as inspiration, courage, willpower, and vitality. Fire is often linked to the world of action, motivation, and the spark of life.
These four elements are deeply interconnected and present in every aspect of our lives. They are central to Eastern philosophy, but also feature prominently in fields such as medicine and astrology. This is why they are an essential part of our teachings at Wing Chun Evolution.
Although no religious practices are followed at WCE, there are essential aspects that are fundamental to the essence of Wing Chun Evolution, namely the three jewels. We always embrace these concepts as a philosophy of life, rather than a cult, in order to offer our students an evolutionary perspective on Martial Arts. This approach is, in essence, a return to tradition with a modern and more mindful application.
Buddha: we can define him as the Master, the one who shows you the way and helps you stay on track. A guiding figure who leads by example, enabling the student to develop their fullest potential.
Dharma: the cultivation of one’s self, a deep understanding. Realising and acknowledging the nature of one’s reality, the nature of one’s mind. The student’s self.
Sangha: the community, those you are surrounded by, your training companions. It is the group of people who influence your life. It also refers to the surrounding world with which we are inevitably interconnected, offering itself through wisdom and the pursuit of truth.
